What’s your photography Style?
I cover weddings in a very Journalistic style. While I’m very “hands-off” or unobtrusive in my coverage of your day, I do believe in there’s a time and place for beautiful, casually-posed photos together. While I won’t stop you to pose for cake cutting, I’d love to take an hour (or more) alone with you both sometime during the wedding day to create some bride and groom portraits. It’s also a nice time to be alone together without your wedding party and family looking on, because you’re going to be more relaxed and at ease. I also document the details that you spent time creating for your day, your flowers, shoes, cake etc. My images of your guests at the wedding are journalistic. I don’t stop and pose your guests at their tables. I’d rather images of your friends dancing, smiling, laughing and enjoying your wedding day.

Weddings can be stressful and overwhelming, but I will help you to create a timeline schedule for the day so that you can have your day, just how you pictured it to be. I saw a photo of bride and groom on Pinterest I want to recreate, can we do that?
I love Pinterest as much as you do, but do to copyright laws, I can’t really copy another photographer's work. But let’s chat about what you like about that photo and maybe we can create something that OTHER brides will want to PIN.
Can my family take photos of the ceremony and at family sessions?
Yes, of course! They’re just as excited to be there as me! I just request that they don’t swarm the family formal photos as I want all eyes on my camera, but they are welcomed to take a few photos from behind me. I prefer if they don’t follow us for the Bride and Groom Portraits. It’s a nice private, quiet session with just the 3 of us (Maybe 4 with the second shooter) and friends and family can be distracting. They are welcome to take photos during the Ceremony and, cake cutting, and first dances, I just politely ask they don’t push me out of the way and respect my presence so I can capture great moments.
How long are the Family Formal portraits?
Depending on the size of the family and family list of shots? In the questionnaire that I send to you there is a box to check off what photos you’d like during the family formals. Bride with mother. etc…. They range about 4 mins per photo.

The image selection for editing and the final delivery of images reflects my very high standards. The images that are not delivered are; eyes closed, flash didn’t go off, or someone walked infront of me, etc. Don’t worry, the bloopers, or funny moments like your mom laughing will be included.
Will I own the copyrights of my wedding photos?
Copyright means I am the creator of the images, and I “own” the copyright. Selling or obtaining the copyright is not available.
